We are a local community group that was set up in 2009 to help Cupar become a thriving, environmentally friendly town. The group aims to raise awareness of green issues and to promote and support changes to more sustainable lifestyles.

Sustainable Cupar is open to anyone with an interest in the future of our historic market town. We have sub-groups that concentrate on their particular interests: Fruit and Blossom (FAB) and the Town sub-groups.

Donate to Sustainable Cupar

Membership is free however; voluntary donations will help us achieve our aims. Our bank details are:

RBS, Cupar

Sort code: 83-17-23

Bank Account No: 00621956

Sustainable Cupar is also amongst the first charities in the country to use its own, unique personalised text code, SCUP11, to raise funds using JustTextGiving.

This is a free service for charities, that has no set up or fundraising costs for charities, no network charges for people making donations and every penny donated goes to charity.  Gift Aid can also be added to donations.

You can make donations of up to £10 by texting SCUP11 and either 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 10 to 70070 to make a donation.  The text message is free and all of the donation will be passed to Sustainable Cupar.

Orchard Walk Board

Orchard walk's new board

This is a photo of the FAB board in situ at Orchard walk.

We now have a table in the orchard as well as the benches.

The board, table, benches and more spring bulbs were financed by an award from Fife Council. We are very thankful to them for the support.
